Once a winning bid is accepted and the bid fee is paid, we share contact details so you and the other party can communicate and arrange the work directly. getEbids is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between users. All terms of service, pricing, scheduling, and deliverables are agreed upon between the two parties without our involvement.

getEbids does not guarantee the quality, completeness, timeliness, or outcome of any job or service. We do not verify, endorse, or vouch for any user or company beyond the basic company-verification check we offer. You use this platform at your own discretion and should exercise the same caution you would when hiring any service provider.

getEbids is not responsible for any dispute, loss, damage, delay, or unsatisfactory work that may arise between users. If an issue occurs, we encourage both parties to resolve it directly. We are not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or provide refunds for services rendered by third parties.

While we provide tools like company verification and star ratings to help you make informed decisions, it is your responsibility to evaluate bids, ask questions, and decide who to work with. Never share sensitive personal or financial information on the public platform. Only exchange contact details after a bid is officially accepted through our system.
